Every birth is attended by your lead midwife as well as an apprentice midwife or birth assistant. This allows for smooth management of rare complications and a qualified caregiver for both you and baby if needed. Each birth attendant is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR. The apprenticeship model is a time-honored collaboration between midwife & apprentice and is imperative for the preservation of midwifery.
